For all shipped packages, we will send you the tracking number in an email. You can also login with your Centric account to get the tracking number for each order in the order history.

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped out. You can check your order status in your Centric account →  Order History. Please email us at hello@www.centricwear.com to cancel your order.

Free shipping for all US orders  

Most of Centric orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase from Los Angeles warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. You will receive your order within 3-8 business days of the ship date if you are in the United States or Canada. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or US holidays.

Expedited shipping:

We have two options for expedited shipping: overnight shipping and two-day shipping for US and Canada.

International shipping: 

Right now we offer shipping within US, Canada and Vietnam only. If you are in Vietnam, please visit our store in Vietnam here


Your purchases may be returned within 30 days from the day you receive your shipment (*). The items must be in new condition, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags attached for a full refund. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. For refunds to credit cards, PayPal, we deduct $6 to cover shipping and restocking.

(*) Return and exchange do not apply to final sale items.


We are sorry that exchange option is not available at the moment however, you can just simply return the purchased item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

There are two ways to return a not-quite-right item:

On the packing slip, select which item you want to return and add reason(s) for return. Then pack up the not-quite-right items with the packing slip attached with your order. A prepaid return label is in the package with your order as well.

You can also log in your Centric Account → Order History → Select Order → Return → Type in return reasons and send us a request. Then send the items you want to return to  Centric with the prepaid label in the package. We will notify you the return and refund process.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund. We will send you an email once the returned item(s) have been received your refund has been processed.

Each Centric item is unique and may require different care. Attached to each garment is a care label that provides you with care instructions to maintain the quality of your item. We also include care instruction leaflet in each order for your information. General care instruction is below:

Machine wash with cold water, turn clothes inside out before washing. Hand-washing is highly recommended to make Centric products last longer.

Do not bleach Centric products.

Tumble dry normal low heat. Air-dry helps clothes last longer.

Iron low heat. Centric sportswear is completely wrinkle-free so you don’t need to worry about ironing.

Do not dry clean.

All of Centric products are designed in our studio in New York, NY, and manufactured at an expanding and increasingly-global list of factories. We are currently working with manufacturers in Hong Kong and Vietnam.

We carefully pick our factory to ensure the highest quality, comply with environmental, working condition, and workers’ benefits regulations.
